volume 4 for the original Japanese just recently started releasing, it'll take some time before the official English catches up (the English chapters are usually several months to a year behind the original sterilization)
idk about Manga UPs status (since they do chapter releases) but the Square Enix version of volume 3 comes out on April 7th, 2026
yeah since Square Enix focuses on print they're always behind the chapter release
