I think that's the whole point of this story and the author's done a great job showing it. People with brain cancer often do all sorts of stupid shit even before knowing they're ill. I've lost a family member to it, and she was actually behaving way worse than this
I think it's quite optimistic of you to think the author is so mindful.
Nothing about this story or the writing tells me that the author has done any research about what brain cancer can do to you beyond a surface level. Also considering they are literally using the im not gay but i like you trope, the overpossessive partner trope. Just seems written by a horny fujo to me but who knows maybe ur right.
Honestly this is just badly written, he finds out he has a terminal illness then proceeds to tell everyone he's gay because he thinks its better and less pathetic than dying of cancer?????. Then lied on his mums name and told ppl she disowned him, then his friend confesses that hes liked him for a decade and they have sex, multiple time. He finds out his sisters a lesbian though and now its a problem, he's homophobic to his sister and very rude to the gf, his sister thought she could trust him.
Then we regress back in time bcus wdym Kangjae said I'm not gay I just like you. Its so stupid I'm tired. So you meam to tell me you have never found anyone else attractive, and you've never been romantically attracted to anyone else but this man and you think you're straight? Dont be ridiculous. And mc has told literally noone, thats so sucky. And my main problem with this story overall is that I can tell he is not going to die, if he does it woukd be the only good thing about this manhwa. Cus he's going around lying to literally everyone but we don't actually see why unless i missed smth. And it would be rlly anticlimatic if he doesnt die.
