Damn Sawami knows all the right things to say. Ryuusei looks adult enough to me, he's got muscle and his bone structure doesn't even look super twinky (average to moderately wide shoulders, not super thin), but he definitely has the kawaii chibi eyes and because Sawami is massive it makes Ryuusei look small.
