same here. i don’t think it was meant to come off in a fetish way especially bc they were kids at the time and i feel like if the author wanted to make it pedophilic then each scene of them as kids would probably have a sexualized part. i definitely took the emphasis on him peeing his pants as showing the level of fear/torment that the kid had to the point where that happened. and the one where he carried him despite the pee showed that he loved him unconditionally to point where something typically gross, he could overlook as long as he can take care of Su-ah.
For me it was how it was drawn in multiple angles when he started pissing himself like he's on all fours and everything.. I didn't mind the piggy back ride.
Ngl, the bullying scene in ep 0 felt a bit too fetishy but I could just be wrong I hope its not the case and I feel bad for even clocking something I could've just easily ignored
