Chapter 0 was probably drawn by another artist as promotional material for the novel before it got approved for a manhwa, which they then hired a different artist for. Netkama Punch!! had this too

i like the artist they decided to go through! it definitely looks more comedic and fun to read. the top looks more like a puppy too
