Super Lovers?

I want to read this but the summary sounds a lot like Super Lovers copy. Is the story really similar to it?

Yes and no. Unlike Super Lovers, they ARE blood related (through their dad) and it never implicitly states that they are couple, but there is room to speculate that they may be one at the end.
