There are side stories that are not adapted to manhwa yet, iirc for one short moment you get Chase and Josh together there. Other than that it's mainly Josh and the children that appear there.
In Grayson's story with Dane, "Desire me if you can", iirc they appear 3 times together. And Josh has a few more appearences, is involved more, since he is friends with Dane.

Yes, at the moment DMIYC is novel only.
And me too! I read the novel, but there are a lot of scenes I want to see drawn. Especially some of the crazy things Grayson does (he is a riot, he makes you die of laughter), and add Dane...yes it needs to be drawn.
The art and the alpha× omega dynamic made me (who would rather read a newspaper article than read a novel) read the novel to see when chase will find out abt his son and how things will end.....
