same!!! its makes me lose my appetite for the good smut

i think in this case it’s to show that 1. kihoon is numb to pain due to all the violence he’s endured throughout the war and we can see that from the scars on his body, and 2. to show how much yeon means to him that he’s willing to go through pain just to be one with him. I usually don’t like seeing blood either but for this manwha i truly think it’s meaningful and goes beyond just smut
