Pyeonghwa revealed that the previous guy never really lived there. I think that’s why pyengowa said no one’s asked me that before as in no one asked him to even sell the gym for this division project.
So advisor chu didn’t even bother with trying to get pyenogwa to sell the gym for the year that he was there. Which means that this whole project is useless and Incheol being sent there is to keep him away from something bigger that’s going on.
I think the boss lady is trying to keep him away to clear her reputation since she always uses him for dirty work. And advisor Chu is just try to climb the corporate ladder by being her right hand man instead
