They are individual stories taking place at same timelines, you can read it without reading the previous one
The only story which is related is "Kiss me Liar". Both are part of the same universe and so far the only manhwa adaptions. There are more (web)novels which are part of that universe.
It's not necessary to read KML if you don't want to. You get more informations on the severall characters and the world building if you do, but the dynamics of the main characters is not everyone's cup of tea.
So I would only read KML if you really want to.
Forgot to mention it is related to other webnovels.
It belongs to the "...if you can" series.
It was released first so you could read it alone, but chronologically there are 2 which would come before that story: the story of the grandparents and the one of the parents. Another one is running parallel ( currently in progress of being released) and one takes place years later.
So there are 5 of 6 stories of the "...if you can" series.
But only one was adapted to mahnwa so far.
