Sorry can someone explain what caused him to ask for a break, I’m low-key lost

he feels like he’s useless and not doing anything right, he fears relying on seoan and burdening him so I’m assuming he wants to run away and be independent for a bit so he can go back to seoan in a better headspace I think ? especially after seoan yelled at him and made him feel even worse about himself, he also is still dealing with panic attack-like episodes from the accident and he hasn’t expressed his feelings about the accident to seoan nor have they even really discussed/addressed his episodes.
