Anyone can duel its just nobles are set to a standard and have to play by the rules commoners don’t and knights are allowed to duel for their masters honor it’s not only about orders but respect it’s like fighting for the princesses or beloved honor in each kind of pool has a different set of rules there’s gun, dual sword duel, different types of horseback they all have different rules
No but am I not allowed to? It is ridiculous, and quite tiring how forced these situations are becoming. I'm not asking for a mystery or a plot twist, not even asking for a different development or situations, but a better writtinf of such situations, do you know what I mean? It makes sense for the "spoiled brat" to have audacious servants but it shouldn't break the general common sense of what duel is, do you get it? I'd understand if he pressured the girl to make her ask for the duel, there is a witness in the duel, a duel is something very public at least there should be a crowd? What I'm tired of is no cohesive writing of said situations that feels like reading the events in a timeliness instead of veing immersed in the story.
Like you are taking this way to personally and taking yourself way to seriously your reading fiction and a manga at that acting all high and mighty when you don’t even know the exact parameters of a duel and I tried to be nice You ignored me. Like get over yourself. And educate yourself on the topic before you try to talk about it cause you just made yourself look ignorant and judgmental like no where in my first comment was anything disrespectful and my second response called out your ignorance you have a lack of knowledge on the topic you are arguing for and disrespecting the work of historical fiction solely based off of your opinion a shallow understanding that’s the epitome of pretentious you’re just pompous and having inflated eagle and believe you’re right when you’re loud and wrong

Aren't duels only for serious reasons and need at least a witness/ref. Wtf? And knights don't duel unless ordered to for the honour of their master. Why make the story in a noble society if they can't just write them? Make some young master trying to impress that pink head why make an adult so out of line that it is comical?
