I agree— he resents himself and suah because suah is an alpha and hes an omega himself. Juhyeok grew up ashamed of being on omega and we see his past— his family was all alphas, and ever since he was a kid, he hated the topic of him being an omega being brought up. suah is a reminder of what he could’ve been if he wasnt an omega. Also he probably feels embarrassed because he was supposed to marry suah as an alpha but now the roles are reversed.

And if I'm sure during the omega party when they were young, the MC clearly declared his hatred on being an Omega, even the ML was right there when it happened and heard it but I feel like just because he was so happy with the thought of marrying the MC when they grow up and he would protect him (since MC turned into an omega or else he was an alpha and him into an alpha), he kept his feelings first and priority(MC) second by not even thinking back on how he hates being treated like an omega even though he is and nothing can change that fact.
