The second season is about the brother and his friend aka the knight guy (like the commenter before me theorized). Can’t remember if they adopt or anything but pretty sure 99.9% of men cannot give birth. Only Otto could because he’s a devout man of god and was like destined for it.

I mean him and Otto have like a million kids so the King’s fertility certainly helped make that happen cause that’d be impressive even if Otto were born with entirely female anatomy
