Hiii, just to make it clear SA is defined as any unwanted sexual act/behavior. It occurs without consent and can include rape, unwanted touching, or other forced sexual activity. It can also involve physical force, threats, coercion, or taking advantage of someone's inability to consent due to alcohol, drugs, or incapacitation. Consent must be active, free, voluntary, conscious, and can be revoked at any time.
So yes, your example is SA.
Thank you so much for making it clearer and detailed!!!

Now that you've made it clear, some readers replied to me saying their was no s assualt. I clearly remember, the MC said no but the ML still continued. It was an Omegaverse but the ML was still clearly in his mind and not even drunk by the pheromones of the omega. He brushed off the Uke saying NO and told him that he will feel better if he does it. The Omega was in that condition because of the alpha(ML) who didn't ask for consent and covered the MC(omega) with his pheromones.

We've been reading and consuming so many plots where S assualt is frequently used that now even if somone (in a story) is even slightly assaulted we just brush it off and don't see it as it is anymore.
I want to ask.
I've been reading some comics and so far I've been noticing but I'm not sure if it should be regarded as S assualt or not.
Soo, ahh the plot is like "two(A & B) people likes each other but the other(A) forces themself upon the other(B) even after saying, NO(not to penetrations) and jerking off the other(B) one."
B clearly said NO to A but A continued to do so.
Will this be considered as S assualt? I mean there's no consent of Yes so clearly it means "no don't do it"??( ̄∇ ̄")
