So basically he bullied the Mc when they were teens in highschool and then later met the Mc in their college life to “apologize” (he pretended and then talked shit about him after). The Mc over heard and it kinda made him spiral about his relationship with the love interest. Then after the Mc got sorta over it, that guy showed up again during the college festival, and started taking shit about the Mc past from highschool in-front the Mc.
