Absolutely! And personally, as a woman, it makes me very sad to feel that before the omegaverse, all those prejudices and impositions fell on women. Now it's "okay" because it's a bl fantasy world. But those ideas still exist in reality, and abuse and rape are still justified with phrases written in this type of manhwa. The important thing is to reflect on these issues!
omegaverse is quite depressing because i can't help but see our women in every omega's shoes. women has always been expected to submit, so reading bl gives me the opportunity to run away from reality. and omegaverse does not help at all. do authors want omegas to suffer like our women irl just because they are in an omegaverse? makes me think do they have internalized misogyny.
A lot of bl authors even the ones that do not write omega verse have internalized misogyny. Do not forget who is the most degraded in BLS. If omegas can represent women in this view who do you think bottoms represent? It is a common pattern that the seme is normally the one commiting the abuse and the uke is the one receiving it and usually on top of that in a lot of works ukes are feminine compared to semes. Let's also not forget most bl writers are hetero women, they also put heteronormative bias in what they write. It is good to see someone noticing this here.

Even when I read omegaverse, I find the way it's presented so degrading, and the subtext of sexism, misogyny, and rape culture bothers me. In this same story, the main character can't have a good life on his own, even though he tries harder than anyone else, because his body has a pathological condition that forces him to have sex with someone else. Because he can't overcome his nature even if he tries... depressing.
