its misunderstanding as daehan felt he is repeating the same action which he did during with his past relationships, like not making time for them or be there for them. which i think it is that, as i read the raw so interpret like that but i think they wouldnt break up for sure as they will clear misunderstanding they have which i think they will resolve.
So we have their storyline
as daehan and jinwoo are in the verge of almost breakup, jinwoo send him a bouquet of flower and chocolate also with letter as its just misunderstanding caused by yeonseo. he said to daehan, he has crush on jinwoo which he is just playing with him also daehan is scared to ruin their relationship due to him not seen in presence during his old relationships, so he fears that. but i do think, they will get back together as seunghoon would help them out for sure, also i think seunghoon who will be taking intiate to clear the misunderstanding with yeonseo, as its somewhat clear that seunghoon doesnt like yeonseo also its their beginning of their storyline.
