When did they show the omega in heat? Isn't it a bit too early and presumptuous when the omega hasn't even had head yet?

I need more of this in life... it's propably imposible for the to be both alpha since when an omega is in heat.... it causes alpha to compete and hurt each other.. ao one of the twin will be beta or omega
