I'm trying to find this one story where a guy with black hair keeps confessing to a guy a cute, innocent guy with blond hair. Black hair thinks that blond hair is misunderstanding his confessions, but in reality blond hair does understand and thinks that they have been going out for years while black hair didn't. They also grew up together and blond hair wanted to "further their relationship" and that's how the misunderstandings were resolved. I thinks it's part of a collection of other stories.
