Ashley was loyal to Koi, used injections for 10 years. He never raped Koi, didn't rape anyone.
And I hate to burst your bubble, but Grayson won't rape anyone, either. It's the other way round, they tried to rape him.
Maybe they know because it's a part of "kiss me" series. I haven't read any of the rest though (bad reviews)

It started with Dominic Miller x Ashley "Juliett" Dawson ( Eat me up if you can )
Domini Miller was a ruthless, successful lawyer. Ashley, a gamma worked for another lawfirm. His boss promised him a good position and marriage to his daughter, if he could get Dominic joining the firm. Since Ashley had ambitious parents he went all in and used seduction. He was successful, but Dominc fell in love and became obsessed, even thought of marriage. When Ashley told him the truth and wanted to marry his boss's daughter, Dominic abducted him, broke his ankles that he couldn't flee, and forcefully turned him into an omega. And locked him up.
Turning a gamma is problematic, if they survive they become very weak and it's a massive hit on their health, giving birth to a child makes it even worse. When Ashley died ( that was when their son was 28 or 29), Dominic killed himself.
That was actually ther worst concerning the Millers of the existing stories.
Ashley and Koi's story (parents of the Miller siblings, "Lick me up if you can") starts in highschool, both come from problematic families (Ashley has actually trauma for his parents relationship). Koi is very poor and his single dad is an abusive alkoholic. Both were "betas" when they met. They fell in love, but their parents were against their relationship. They wanted to run away, but Koi didn't come because he found out that his father was terminal ill.
It took 10 years until they met again. Koi became a plumber and Ashley a lawyer, during that time Ashley used injections, he didn't want to sleep with anyone but Koi, but also thought that as a revenge to Koi. And Koi wanted to see Ashley again. When they met by chance Koi and Ashley still were in love. Koi later ran into Angel, Keith Pittman's omega father who ran away, saw him getting hurt by one of his alphas. Angel recognized Koi as a fellow dominant omega. Since Koi had an accident when he was a child he couldn't smell, wasn't aware of it. And wenn tested dominant omegas get the result beta. Angel also knocked out 3 alphas, one of them was Ashley. That worsened Ashley's issues with his brain -pheromone shock. Koi became pregnant and Ashley first thought he turned Koi into an omega. They told Ashley the truth and the doctor ran tests. Ashley's brain damgae could be kept in check if he stays with Koi, since Koi's pheromones had an positive effect.
That's a very short version, the main story of their novel has over 200 chapters, so there are lots of things I left out.
The second extra is about the family life with the children.
