I'm not trying to sound rude, but you said you were laughing at Chase's stupidity for thinking he could make Josh go from beta to omega, but it is definitely possible. Like if Josh were a beta he could have turned. The whole point of Kiss Me Liar (the authors other work) is that the mc goes from beta to omega cause he slept with an alpha.
Its been so long since I last read that one, but in most omegaverses this thing is impossible as I remember it happened once in a manga but it was forced from meds, thats why I said that, but yeah you are right, this author makes those kind of stuff
