The clothes they wear are not arab. And, across other mangas- they will put random bindis on middle eastern characters it's insane. Just because there are overlapping elements, doesnt mean the two races are interchangeable. Just like how east asian cultures have similar elements- doesnt mean you can jsut swap koreans and chinese people. that would be offensive
