Question he also has visions of doing it with someone(Josh) did he played around afterwards and that's why he can't remember about the particular incident or he is just confusing the memory cuz of the trauma given by his brother?

He didn’t do it with a dog. He did it with Josh he just doesn’t remember and Grayson lied to him saying he did it with a dog.
