Jaekyung did nothing wrong. Dan signed his consent away for being abused verbally and sexual'y therefore Dan is no victim and Jaekyung has nothing to apologize for.

Im so glad most everyone agrees he needs to suffer more because yes, yes he does. One measly apology that didn't include all of the events prior to those he just apologized for are NOT covered and they need to be.
I know they are end game so seeing Kim Dan recieve better treatment and getting this apology is great and all, but way more needs to happen for this story to end up truly likeable
