Oh girl, sorry, you kind of lost me there. I was really hearing your points and agreeing with you, but that comment made me realize you’re just like the rest. I’m sorry, but two wrongs don’t make a right, and this story clearly shows that.

I’m not denying their love, Tj loves Ian, but not as much as Ian loves him. He’s selfish and insecure about his own worth, and that’s exactly why they couldn’t be together. They’re popular because readers love suffering and think they have to end up together just because they’ve been through a lot. It’s that whole “you’ve suffered together so you should stay together” mindset. It’s not about “miscommunication” or “homophobia.” Let’s be for real now.

You’re basically saying people can’t overcome their traumas and differences to be together. Ian was willing to make it work. Tj wasn’t. He hears Ian, but he doesn’t listen to him. That’s the real reason they didn’t work out. And I don’t even like to put it this way, but if he really wanted it, he would’ve done it. It would’ve been hard, but he would’ve made the effort because the man he claimed to love was ready for him. Actions speak louder than words, and everything he did or said “for Ian” looked way more like things he did for himself.

This isn’t about Ian being saved by Jo. not at all. It’s about Ian wanting to leave the toxicity of his past and become better. It’s about Ian craving normalcy. The romance comes after that.

You said WS is a realistic story, so let’s stay realistic. Let’s be honest: do you really think he would be acting the way he acts now if Ian had stayed put and didn’t have anything serious with Jo? Let’s be serious. Let’s be honest. He only lost his mind because he saw something real happening. He had 19 years but he did nothing. Nothing.

The author said something but the readers have mind, have brains and some understand what is happening here and others don't. You know what is y'all problem ? Your problem is that Ian isn't the perfect victim. He isn't the usual victim we see every time.

And yes, every fan base has shitty people but Tj fanbase has the shittiest fandom. Threatening someone bc they said that they find a character handsome is a wild concept. Even jinx fandom (when ppl were trashing on jjk) didn't threaten me when i said that he was handsome. Ppl ganging up on me bc I (my own opinion btw) said that a character was handsome is! Isn't that... crazy ? I rarely see content abt Tj being trashed and invaded by Jo but I always see Tj stans under a post abt Jo. Like Job bro, job.

And when I voiced my disappointment abt what happened between Jo and Ian and I thought that Jo stan would trash me bc of this, guess who actually trashed me ? Tj stans!
