I would definitely recommend 'My Starry Sky'. It's entire plot is built upon misunderstandings, and the narrative built around it like a circular staircase.
Another angsty story: Monochrome Diary (Not exactly misunderstandings but a lot gets left unsaid, but the last chapter 48 aghhhh, I need updates)
