The 2nd one is a little unlikely or atleast I hope so but you can choose to consume the products like how K fried his eggs up for little A or the random guy drinking the milk from the demicowman. Since it's mutant products they probably go for a high price for research purposes and there's even that quality check from time to time which leads me to think that the products are definitely being sold.

on a more serious note i think this is gonna end up being a really dark manhwa, cause what do humans do with “animals”? We want them to nr 1 mate and multiply (which the sus pig i forgot his name just did by sending Little A to Kendricks room, knowing he’s in breeding season) and nr 2:.. consume. So yeah get ready for cannibalism cause its def gonna happen
