Grayson basically says inappropriate things about others regardless of who is around. He doesn't show up much, but when he does he's just an entitled dick and likes to feel superior.
I don't understand why Grayson had to bring a dog when he could possibly get any beta instead. Didn't he have any connections, colleagues or whatsoever to get his brother an omega or beta to spend his rut with? Well I guess it was for the plot? And considering that brother was a total psycho so the author wanted us to see how fucked up he was in the head.
