I read the raw and I can't read kr but it felt like pda to me, though I see what you mean if he truly likes him..the kr readers are also confused though so maybe they started dating without saying anything or PDA misunderstanding shit...I just don't think ML is manipulating him or anything cus he seems genuinely a green flag.
