Officially, it’s not a bl, it’s shoujo. There are some homosexual elements (mostly bad, like male on male SA), but it’s not a romance manga. Most people ship Eiji & Ash because they have an extremely deep soulmate-level bond, but it’s depicted as more of a platonic love

I saw the manga's classification on the mangaupdates website and it wasn't classified that way, but here it's different some say it is BL and some deny it
