I love this story

The spoilers really do help. Like how in their first life the reason why Isabelle abused Noah was because Noah looked just like Theo, they had the same eyes, Theo who had ignored her plea to help her family who were being falsely accused and sent to die by the emperor. Even though in reality Theo was going to head to her father's territory with his army to help them but got poisoned at die, so Isabelle never knew that and kept abusing Noah until he was sent to war.

But Theo, his story is really pitiful, he was drugged and raped by the bitch who is unfortunately Noah's biological mother and forced to marry her because she lied about being defiled by him and petitioned the emperor to hold Theo accountable, so Theo had to marry the bitch to prevent any harm to his family name. But Theo make her signed a contract making severed ties with her family and forbidding her and her family to have any connections with her or even with the child she was carrying aka Noah.


The Emperor Nero and Empress Margrethe are good people. Both only love each other. Nero is being controlled by a demon, so the version that everyone saw for years was the demon’s cruel, irresponsible and nothing like his true self who is kind and loves playing with kids since he grew up lonely because of the nature of his birth even though he was born from the Empress but it's because he was born with little mana and could not use fire magic, which was the symbol of the imperial family unlike his two older brothers, so people thought that the Empress had an affair which it's false and that's why she became depressed and began to resent him. His family treated him coldly and his two older brothers bullied him. They even sent him away, far from the palace like a disgrace, with no servants, so he had to learn all the basic skills like (cooking, cleaning, gardening, and sewing from Abelard). As a child, the only warmth he ever felt came from Margrethe, whom he fell in love. But once his two older brothers died, Nero became the Emperor with no proper training and that's when the demon slowly brainwashed him and controlled his body, erasing Nero’s true personality. When he became the Emperor, he confessed to Margrethe and asked her to be his Empress, admitting that she was stronger and more suited to lead and that she will never settle for less than being an Empress. He said that he wanted to create aides who would help their son but Margrethe misunderstood him and thought that he meant having many children with other women, so she beats him up before he could explain himself. And when he took many concubines and had many kids and mostly because the nobles wanted to gain favor with the crown, under the demon’s controlled. Yet all the kids he had with the concubines weren't even his, only his son with the Empress is really his. When he recovered himself, he quickly explained himself to her but because of the concubines and numerous children he had, make Margrethe really spectical if he was real honest. But he was able to tell her, apologized, confessed that he only loves her and that he will protect her. That's when Margrethe finally accepted him.

Margrethe was born from a ducal household, unfortunately her father was irresponsible and corrupt causing her great frustration. After her family's corruption waa exposed her father lost his title but the family name survived through her brother. Margrethe is strong, upright and passionate about reform. She wants to raise women's status and rights in the empire. That's why she married Nero hoping to help fix the empire ans improve society. She was who noticed how his whole personality changed but never thought it's because of a demon. She thought that he forgot their childhood promise to respect each other, that's why she started wearing heavy makeup, using strong perfumes and used exaggerated speech just to irrate him and push him away. She also the one looking after the concubines and taking care of their childrens because she knows that none of them wanted to be mothers, it's because of their families that they are there. And all the kids only saw Margrethe as their mother, since she truly was the only mother they ever known, that's why there was no jealousy between between them all, and they all love and dote on their little brother Aeneas (or Inius in the manga). After the misunderstanding was resolved between her and Nero, she accepted his second confession. She was even a huge fan of Theo which made Nero jealous.
At first, she was rude to Isabelle because of the rumors and really thought that Isabelle was like the bitch (Noah's biological mother), since Margrethe knew that the bitch was a stalker who kept injuring any ladies who tried to approach Theo and the bitch even tried to murder Margrethe but failed, that's why Margrethe had to keep her distance with her own son Aeneas (or Inius in the manga) because she didn't want him to be harm and was stricter with him than his other siblings, since she wants him to be a good and immaculate emperor and his siblings really do love and genuinely care for him, for them he is their little brother, even though before he was always apart from them, they always sneak to play with him. And it's thanks to Isabelle that Margrethe was able to be able to love her son freely without any fears because Isabelle told her that kids needs their parent's love. And later on, both Margrethe and Nero started really to look like a real family with not only their son Aeneas and with their other kids, even though none of them were Nero’s kids, he did not wants to sent them away because of his own past, it's only the concubines who got sent away with a pension.
