Not to mention the resolution to the "missing" phase is so weak. Their interaction is so short and shallow that there's no reason why he'd pine for dog boy for that long. If someone outright ghosted me for 3 feckin years, they are basically dead to me. Plus totally agree that Yanagi is a WAY BETTER fit for him. Heck I'll take him for myself. I can treat you better!!! (づ￣ ³￣)づ
No for real though, they basically know nothing about each other and somehow Yanagi managed to have more personality in 1 chapter than Takato did in the entire story. Plus the man cooked you a multi-course meal!! Lock it down Aoi.
Yanagi is such a better choice. I feel like Takato likes Ao the dog and Yanagi likes Aoi the person. Also that 3 years was pointless, like this famous guy couldn’t hire a PI to ask around college campuses? He just went to random dog parks for 3 years? A year maybe, but 3!? LAZY.
I agree the end felt really anti-climactic. But just an FYI, there is more to this story! Volume 2 has already started publishing. :)
