In my opinion the answer might be no...hehe..because Hathor has a dual personality as you can see..Hathor is the Goddess of Love but also she is the God of Destruction which is Sekhmet.. that means she is unable to love even if she wanted to..
If Hathor curse the love of whoever she hates and she hates herself, does that mean she is also cursing herself? then if she worked on herself and loved herself could she be able to have a relationship to? (Trying to keep my mind far away from the end of the season, by the way there is one more chapter, the season is not over yet)
