Because some people reading this story can't accept the idea that Jaekyung is rapist even though he said sorry... and some are trying to blind themselves from the fact that they are supporting or even loving a man that raped and assaulted others Dan, and the first sex friend we saw at chap 1.
People acting like reading toxic fiction is the same thing as endorsing real-life assault need to breathe. Toxic tropes exist because they explore extremes, messy power dynamics, flawed characters, and moral gray zones. That’s literally the genre.
Calling people “rape apologists” for reading a story is nothing but projection and moral panic. Nobody is confusing a fictional character’s warped behavior with real-life ethics. Readers are allowed to enjoy problematic characters without being responsible for their crimes. It’s fiction, not a court case.

Then let people that do not accept rape say that Jaekyung is not acting correctly. And that, we can of course be upset when people say that they forgive everything he did to Dan just because he accompagnied him to the fairgrown seriously..
