Seme didn't suffer enough. I don't hate him but he was forgiven way too easily, Reo suffered a lot bc of his cowardice, not just bc of the broken bond or the hate comments, but also bc of Haru's words when they graduated, through the whole manga you can see that those words stuck with him and hurt him a lot. Nothing Haru did or said was enough to excuse all the pain he caused.
