    Dan may be pathetic but he asked for it since day 1. The contract signed his consent away so JK did absolutely nothing illegal or morally wrong. People have different libidos and even if Dan's inexistent if JK didn't force it, explain why Dan's dick is up and throbbing? Case closed. I know grade 5 science and psychology.
