How much slower you want this? i mean they were just kissing and jaekyung was tasting Dan a bit . He even stopped to answear Dan's question and it is clear Dan wants this.
When Dan feels uncomfortable or bad, we can see it immediately in his face, we see his thoughts, etc. In this particular scene, he didn't seem scared.

Maybe try to read it again but slower. When I read it first time it felt rushed too because I rushed it. Then I took time to enjoy every frame and realised he is being gentler and slower. Also does not forgot it is Jaekyung. He is rough, fast and dominant so him going slower, doing foreplay even tho he eagers for Dan is actually a big character development. You can't expect him being a little lamb now. People don't change that drastically. I am actually glad mingwa stayed consistent with characters this time.
