Having experienced it or not, we haven't gone through what Dan has. He clearly only got excited after he realised jaekyuing was making an effory to makd him feel good, not while he was being agressive and only caring for his pleasure, nof asking anything. Also, sex is not only penetration, you should know that, since you're apparently at smut-reading age. They already are having sex.

English is my third language so sorry for not expicitelly describing penetration. Sex was a big part of their life and one of the reasons Dan fell in love with jaekyung. It is understandable it will play a big role in their get together. And maybe jaekyung will ask for permission to enter him. Also Dan never said stop.
