He has always been insecure tho. I know the story is not that deep but given his unhealthy personality he has always been the one who had issue with himself. Not won dae. In his mind Won Dae won't have a good enough reason to stay with him esp with his shitty personality. It's not that he doesn't trust Won Dae. I think it's more like he doesn't trust himself to be loved by Won Dae. He has some sort of unresolved PTSD issue with his mom. I always said that unless he got himself treated there's no way he will be able to love Won Dae like a normal person.

I mean I get why you're disappointed. If it gives you any kind of relief I don't think he's EQ is at the level where he's able to do so too. Haha. He's not exactly matured. I actually like how author's pretty consistent with his character. It doesn't make sense to me that he would believe Won Dae just like that when few chapters back he was thinking about trapping Won Dae, manipulating the situation so that Won Dae will come back to his home. I don't see in any chapter where he has risen above his mental situation yet.
