I can't keep up with the plot and characters anymore

We are back to present

I feel u bro. From what i can gather we r back in the present and mc is catching up with brother dimple whos just returned. Dimple gives him advice on how to handle therapy king and then we have the end with an endless xmas list from the mc. We also briefly see the general who keeps getting flogged for stupid things involving mc (like mc taking a walk, stuff like that). Id guess the purpose of that small tangent was to introduce snake eyes and perhaps set up a side couple? Idk

So the MC was brought into the palace as a kid to be the friend/ advisor for the crown prince (the oldest brother that just returned). While the MC is at the palace he finds the ML being neglected bc the current king at the time didnt want him to try to challenge his others brothers and wanted to live as a ghost and he did, till the MC arrived. the MC cared for the ML. He cherished and taught him as if that was his little brother. This is why the MC doesn’t know how to handle present day ML bc he stills seems and that kind little boy All the while the ML begins to develop an unhealthy obsession with the MC. Bc that’s the first time he’s been shown that kind love or care. Anyways, the ML overthrows the throne to be able to have the MC by killing? his brothers (still not explained how fr). Fast forward the MC is married but his wife dies and his daughter goes missing so he opens the clinic as his life calling yada yada ML holds him hostage, rapes him, blah blah. So now that the ML’s oldest brother is back he told the MC to basically get the ML on a leash and train him so he can use him later on in the story
