Same I'm a Lil confused too! On previous chapter he kisses him for the first time and then next it's not acknowledged - I also felt like something is missing lol
i think they started a situationship when seungmin offered to help jaeyoung feel happy when he said he didn't know how? i think that was when they first started kissing etc. though they were acting super close well before that too
