I don’t know where i saved my bl manga it’s about omegaverse. One is alpha , then other i think beta? (Or i mixed them cuz its been long time i read) So they met as kids cuz his dad introduced him to family (from beta) then kid didn’t want to be there and beta (alpha) who was a bit scared of him , then alpha pretended to be friendly with him. ( he had to live there? ) Now later they faked marriage and when they fought out , and alpha left and had accident it’s because someone tried to kill him. Then he has amnesia - new personality and beta lied to him? Because he knows when he wont have amnesia he will come back to his shiffy personality and he is pregnant this why he is scared. Also they are trying to figure who trying to kill him. This guy is ceo and other is working there in company (family). They suspect his cousin who tried to kill him. When they went out to his family (cousin) trying who tried and they did sex in room - cuz they don’t believe them that are couple and marriage. Also if i remember one of them has trauma because someone graped him
