I wanna see how the boys love the main guy. Right now it kind of feels like they're using him alittle? Like they saved him so he feels obligated to be their partner and he can't live without men because of what happened to him or something. But it's too soon to say how it's going to develop. I wanna see some soft polyamory romance god damnit!! (Shakes fist)

Why would they risk their lives to save him if they didnt care? how would they have known that he would be addicted to sex?

I'm pretty sure as his body guards they KNEW he was abducted and I'm sure they found out rather quickly were to. The mafia has all kinds of sources after all and since pretty much everyone seems to know that the young master of that family was sold to the sex industry and trained there, the chances are extremely high that the russian who abducted him spread the information around to humiliate the young master's family. That's a common method for the mafia to humiliate their enemy and make the enemy do whatever the kidnapper wants them to do. After all, loosing face among other yakuza/mafia bosses is the worst for a group leader.
Other than that, if those two bodyguards were actually the unaring or even scumbag kind, they might have just followed orders from above/followed 'what's best for the group' (which is getting the blood related heir back to lead the group after his father's death) and maybe they really just have sex with him because his body was trained to be sensitive and 'need-y'. To give him relief from his easy to achieve horny-ness. (Or maybe to feel superior towards a previously arrogant, demeaning and cocky young master. I've seen those plots too, but in this story the main character doesn't seem to be like that, so that can be scratched off the list.)
Am I the only one here that would have prefered to see what happened before and a bit of when he was abducted and trained? I can't help but think this story would have been more interesting if we saw how he was in the past and how determined the bodyguards were to resue him.
Because as it stands now it really doesn't feel like anything else than a jerk-off story for the readers. Sorry to phrase it like that. XD
Anyway, I am not keen on seeing 'flashback chapters' after the story is already far ahead in the timeline. I would prefer to see things in order, so to speak. I don't mind leaving interesting or special parts out for flashbacks later on (to make things more interesting or make them have more impact or just create a bit of mystery here and there), but having literally the entire epilogue of the story come as random/belated flashbacks is kinda annoying.
But that's (maybe) just me and my tastes I've developed in the last 10 years of manga/anime. ╮(o▽o)╭
Either way, looking forward to see how this developes.
