It doesn't matter where your at in the world, teen pregnancy happens. More than what you would like to acknowledge. Also this story is mainly focused around Europes type of history, not Asian. Last time I checked most Asian culture wore kimonos not lacey thick wool dresses. Even if it is based around Asian culture, they too had teen pregnancies.

Facepalm I swear, if you were attempting at a joke all it came off as you being extremely stupid. Also most in order for the joke to come across usually do lol or some type emoji to get the point across of you attempting to make a joke, not just type out the joke and hopes people get that it's a joke. We can't exactly hear your tone of voice or see your facial expression over words. As for the kimono I used that as a very obvious point of reference they are not in a certain time, culture that is remotely Asian. Also not everything is a fetish to some people, maybe the author themselves had a teen pregnancy and felt a certain way and wanted to give other teen girls a type of love story for them.
