I thought it was genetics that meant hes an omega and his own hatred for his gender that caused his angstyness and that the scenting made his pheromones unstable or whatever which made him upset with seme (like his hormones going out of whack bc of the scenting?)

Neither of them knows their secondary gender when they were kids so him turning into an omega isn't the seme's fault they had their test fairly at the same time just the result were opposite to their expectations the seme thought he was an omega the whole time before taking the test and uke thought he was an alpha also the uke refused to live as an omega so he didn't study how to live like one the seme was protecting him the whole time bc he knows the uke would be in danger if the uke accepted being an omega and study he would be capable of living by himself without being protected by the seme
