I don't understand why people think the fourth Mugo will be black or dark-skinned. Three other personalities have light skin, but this one is supposed to be dark? Where's the point?

The "boss" is asian, just clearly darker, and especially with his yellow hair he's definitely a non korean asian. A lesser asian if you will. (iykwim) Koreans seem to draw/categorize non koreans/asians as very dark and criminal.
