Hypnotism, at least in the real world, just makes you let go of anything telling you no. Like you become completely okay with it because you feel safe saying yes. He's asking him questions and he's being honest I guess?
Idk, it could be more dubious than I'm thinking because in this show, it could be hipnosis that he by himself can't get out of.
With normal hypnotism IRL you can come out of it at any time. That would be cool if that was the case and Kendrick feels safe subconsciously to do this voluntarily!
I’m so conflicted about this certain chapter, (then again this entire series is nearly built on dubcon) since hypnosis is really icky. But then again it is said that the eggs are bigger and that Kendrick will essentially “kick the bucket” if he doesn’t get help. If I were in his shoes I think I would rather prefer to be hated (for however long) than let Kendrick die
