With normal hypnotism IRL you can come out of it at any time. That would be cool if that was the case and Kendrick feels safe subconsciously to do this voluntarily!
Kendrick himself felt his eggs were bigger than last time. This isn't his first time laying eggs and it definitely won't be his last so I think he knows if his own eggs feel bigger than before. It's why he's having trouble laying them in the first place. Lil A noticing that they are slightly bigger just confirms that

Oh no, there's definitely no consent lol but for me personally if that had bothered me, I wouldn't still be here 20 chapters later feeling as ravenous as lil A
I can't say anything against that when the artstyle is that great The almost non existent consent is exhausting but everything else is great (but the weird sea pig alien)
I’m so conflicted about this certain chapter, (then again this entire series is nearly built on dubcon) since hypnosis is really icky. But then again it is said that the eggs are bigger and that Kendrick will essentially “kick the bucket” if he doesn’t get help. If I were in his shoes I think I would rather prefer to be hated (for however long) than let Kendrick die
