No you got it backwards I think, she wanted to save the town and the consequences of that is the fact that now she gotta fight all those who once were on her side, see how the order now has a different saint when she was supposed to be the one? That’s the main consequence right there. We’re destroying the goddes statue because the goddess is supposed to be on the side of the kingdom of townia, it’s conflicting cause she was the one to send her in the pass but see it like that: she was abandoned by the goddess after being given the endless power of going back in time after death with the help of heroes

I thought Friacis was given a chance to save Townia by turning back time, so how is she actually saving it if she ends up killing the very people who supported her in the past? It would make a lot more sense if we fought the true enemy together with those allies instead.
This also makes me wonder who the real enemy even is. The past missions were extremely difficult, to the point that a favored character died, so there must have been a bigger threat than what was shown. I understand that the goddess cursed them, so this is their fate now, but what about this true enemy? Where do they fit in?
And another confusing part is why we are destroying the goddess statues when it was the goddess herself who turned back time. Was the goal not to save Townia and make it better? This makes me feel like we're the enemies instead...
